Follow all the action as Newcastle host Arsenal in the Premier League tonight.

Mikel Arteta’s side know that only victory will ensure the top-four race remains in their hands heading into the final day of the season. The Gunners currently trail Tottenham by two points but have one game less against Antonio Conte’s side. It will take a tremendous show of courage, however, to recover from a heartbreaking 3-0 loss to Spurs in the North London derby last week. Rob Holding’s suspension added to Arteta’s woes, with Gabriel Magalhaes’ fitness doubts leaving the Gunners desperately short on defence.

Newcastle have little to play for but pride, with their impressive return to form under Eddie Howe long keeping the Magpies safe. They will be keen to put on a show in their final home game of the season, especially after suffering back-to-back defeats to Liverpool and Manchester City. Prior to that, Newcastle had won their last four league matches in succession and there is no doubt that this will be a huge test for Arsenal at such a crucial stage of their season.

Follow all the latest updates below:

36 mins: Save! It’s the best chance of the half so far! Newcastle collect the ball in midfield and pass it to Saint-Maximin who has plenty of space on the left wing. He cuts inside Tomiyasu and moves the ball into the box. Elneny is too far to close it and the winger fires a weak effort towards the near post. Ramsdale sees it late but jumps up and pushes the ball away from the post!
