Elon Musk dismisses flight attendants’ sexual harassment complaint against him as ‘totally false’

Elon Musk describes claims he exposed himself to a flight attendant in 2016 as “totally false”.

He said it was part of political attacks in retaliation for his attempt to acquire Twitter in a fight for free speech.

A flight attendant claimed Mr Musk exposed himself, rubbed her leg without her consent and offered to buy her a horse in return for an erotic massage while she was working as a member of the cabin crew on a contract basis for SpaceX’s business jet fleet. The claim was reported by Insider who cited documents and interviews.

“For the record, these savage accusations are totally untrue,” Mr. Musk said in a series of tweets.

The incident is alleged in a statement signed by a friend of the attendant and written in support of her claim.

SpaceX, the aerospace company Mr. Musk founded, paid $250,000 to settle the claim in 2018, the Insider reported.

Mr Musk told the Insider that his story was a “politically motivated hit piece” and made similar arguments on social media.

“Attacks on me must be seen through a political lens – that’s their standard (despicable) playbook – but nothing will deter me from fighting for a good future and your right to free speech,” he said. he declared.

“Finally, we can use Elongate as [a] name of scandal,” he said. “It’s kinda perfect.”
