15 people hospitalized with injuries after Megabus overturns on Maryland freeway

BALTIMORE — Baltimore and Harford county first responders took 15 injured people to the hospital after a Megabus overturned on Interstate 95 South, firefighters said.

The bus ran off the road and overturned on its side at approximately 6:55 a.m. near Brashaw and Raphel roads. Firefighters said of 47 people on the bus, 27 people were slightly injured. Fifteen of them were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, which is being investigated by Maryland State Police.
